Step-by-step Android, FLT Wallet, VIX ticket, identity, collectible, transfer, and administration instructions. Covers what you can use now and what is waiting for production approval.

Live guide · October 2026 · Test functions clearly marked

1. Which wallet should I use?

FLT Wallet

Personal Freestyle Legends account: tickets, Wallet ID, entry codes, rewards and collectible records.

FLT Control Tower · VIX

Authorized FLT administrators monitor wallets, ledger, NFT requests, payment status, risk and proofs.

Open FLT VIX controls →

VIX Ticketing Administration

Harborview's separate VIX ticketing platform with its own operator/admin login. Not a personal public cryptocurrency wallet.

VIX Admin →

Other planned VIX enterprise wallets: Harborview, Valknet, Valkx and other tenant wallets are separate ownership/accounting contexts. Their admin provisioning and native on-chain transfer interfaces have not been independently confirmed as publicly available. Do not assume an FLT balance can be sent to another VIX wallet, and do not reuse one tenant's login as proof of another tenant's ownership.

Two layers: an FLT ticket credential or VIX proof record is not necessarily a transferable native NFT. Native NFT minting, custody and resale are not certified as live. Never treat the existence of a collectible image or block hash alone as proof of token ownership.

2. First-time account setup

  1. Open freestylelegendstour.com/wallet/ in Chrome, Samsung Internet or a desktop browser.
  2. Under My Tickets, tap Sign in with FLT World if prompted. Use the FLT World account associated with your tickets, not an unrelated email account.
  3. Complete any requested sign-in, passkey, fingerprint/PIN or other identity verification in the FLT sign-in screen.
  4. Return to the wallet. You should see your FLT Credits and FLT Rewards balances, even if both are zero.
  5. Scroll to FLT Wallet ID and complete the headshot enrollment described in section 5.
  6. Check My Tickets and Passport & Collectibles. Empty lists can be normal before a purchased or allocated credential is linked to your account.
If you have multiple FLT logins, make sure you used the account that should own the ticket. VIX issuance should not be assigned to duplicate identity records.

3. Install and use the wallet on Android

Option A — Install the wallet as a website app (recommended for ordinary attendees)

  1. Open FLT Wallet in Google Chrome on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the Chrome three-dot menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app (wording varies).
  3. Confirm. Open the new FLT Wallet icon from your home screen.
  4. Sign in with FLT World; Android can use the device's registered passkey where supported.

Option B — VIX × FLT Android test app

  1. Download VIX × FLT 0.9.0 Test APK.
  2. Open the downloaded file. Android may request permission to install this APK from the browser/file-manager app; grant it only if you intended to install this official test file.
  3. Open VIX × FLT and choose one of the bottom destinations: Wallet, Karl NFT, VIX Admin, FLT Tower.
  4. Sign in separately where required. The app is a secure-navigation beta, not evidence that all wallet transactions are activated.
Test build: APK v0.9.0 is debug-signed and not a Google Play release. Fingerprint handling and wallet login need acceptance testing on the actual phone. For everyday wallet use, the Chrome-installed FLT Wallet is the more established route.

Desktop or tablet

Use the same wallet URL in a current browser. Tickets and Wallet ID are designed as a responsive webpage, so no desktop software is necessary.

4. Balances, payments and spending

What you seeWhat it means today
Available balanceDisplayed FLT Credits plus Rewards; it is not automatically a fiat bank balance or a VIX cryptocurrency balance.
FLT CreditsStored-value accounting category managed by the FLT ledger.
FLT RewardsPromotional/reward category; using them for payments is not yet enabled.
Load FLTDisabled pending merchant, compliance and ledger-reconciliation release gates.
PayStored-value wallet payments disabled; the button shows a notice rather than transferring funds.
ScanCurrently takes you to My Tickets; it is not an activated camera/payment QR scanner.
RewardsCurrently scrolls to Passport & Collectibles; it is not a live rewards-spending checkout.

To purchase regular FLT tickets, use the separate ticket store checkout. For merchandise, use the FLT Shop; its last verified checkout flow was PowerTranz sandbox, so check the checkout notice carefully before interpreting an order as a live sale.

5. Wallet ID, headshot/selfie and passkeys

  1. Sign in, open the wallet and find FLT Wallet ID.
  2. Tap Choose Headshot to select a photo from Gallery, Photos or Files, or tap Take Selfie to use the front-facing camera. In a supported browser, position your face in the live preview, then tap Use This Selfie. Cancel exits camera capture.
  3. Use a clear, current front-facing image with your whole face visible. The current picker accepts supported JPEG, PNG, WebP or decodable phone photos from 1 KB to 32 MB and prepares a smaller JPEG for upload. If HEIC/HEIF will not decode, choose a JPEG or take a new selfie.
  4. Review the two separate preferences. Show successful gate/zone attendance in this wallet starts checked; Allow optional cross-event attendance insights starts unchecked. Change them to your preference.
  5. Review the Headshot ready preview, then tap Enroll / update Wallet ID. Wait for the new Wallet ID status to appear. Choosing a photo by itself does not submit it.
  6. If requested at an authorized check-in, select Generate 10-minute Wallet ID code. The resulting code is single-use; show it only to authorized personnel and generate a fresh one if it expires.

Using your fingerprint

Your phone's fingerprint, face unlock or PIN authenticates a device-based passkey when FLT World and your browser support it. The fingerprint image is not uploaded to the FLT Wallet. The headshot is a separate attendee identity image, not a fingerprint.

If Choose Headshot or Take Selfie does not open on Android, try the wallet directly in Chrome rather than an in-app browser. Grant camera/files access if requested, or take a photo in the Camera app and pick it using Choose Headshot. Do not send passport images or biometric data by email to troubleshoot.

6. Buying tickets, finding passes and using QR entry

  1. Open FLT Tickets and select an available pass for your intended dates.
  2. Complete the ticket checkout through its designated payment provider. Keep the order confirmation/reference.
  3. Sign in to the FLT Wallet with the identity corresponding to the purchaser or assigned attendee.
  4. Under My Tickets, identify the event, ticket type, venue, date, credential status and VIX proof status.
  5. When the credential is active and any required attendee identity is assigned, tap Open QR Ticket. It opens the ticket link for authorized entry scanning.
  6. At the gate, follow staff instructions and show the valid ticket and any necessary Wallet ID/identity confirmation.

Multi-day passes: admission entitlement must match the purchased event dates. The final date-aware scanner integration is not yet certified; do not assume repeated entry works on every event date until the gate release is approved.

Legend 150: the numbered 150-edition collection is on a sales/mint hold until its issuance and ownership rules pass testing. A preview ticket is not an issued ticket.

Missing ticket? Check the original order under Manage Tickets. Confirm the payment state, holder/account identity and whether the VIX credential has been assigned. Do not buy another ticket merely because the wallet has not refreshed.

7. Send, accept or cancel an eligible ticket transfer

Sender

  1. Open My Tickets in your FLT Wallet.
  2. For a ticket displaying Transfer, tap it and type the recipient's FLT member email address. Check the spelling.
  3. The ticket shows Transfer pending to [recipient]. You can select Cancel while the transfer remains pending and cancellation is allowed.
  4. Ask the recipient to sign in using the email you specified.

Recipient

  1. Open the FLT Wallet and sign in to the intended recipient account.
  2. Under My Tickets, locate Incoming transfer.
  3. Check the event and sender, then tap Accept Ticket.
  4. Confirm the prompt. Accepting invalidates the sender's prior QR credential; refresh the wallet for the new ticket view.
A ticket is transferable only if that event/product permits it. Ticket credential transfer is not the same as native on-chain NFT resale. The latter still requires verified minting, ownership, transfer restrictions and settlement checks. Never share QR screenshots as a substitute for an authorized transfer.

8. Digital collectibles, NFT proofs and Karl the King

In Passport & Collectibles, each available record can show a title, collection, edition/serial number, VIX proof state and truncated proof hash. Status may be pending, confirmed or unavailable depending on the bridge and issue lifecycle.

Status/recordInterpretation
Collection image or serialArtwork and a collectible ledger record; alone this is not proof of native blockchain ownership.
VIX proof confirmed / blockA payload hash has been recorded or attested to by the VIX proof layer.
Native NFT mintedRequires a unique token ID, mint transaction receipt and independently verified owner wallet address. Not yet certified live.
Karl NFT testFive simulated creation/sale/transfer events have confirmed VIX proofs (blocks 191–195), but no real customer charges, token mint or actual wallet transfers.
Fred/Gray lifetime collectiblesReserved proposed editions; final accounts and native ownership must be verified before issuance.

Administrators can view the Karl Test History, NFT Requests and Release Readiness after Control Tower authentication.

9. Administrator guide: FLT Control Tower and VIX

The backoffice is not unlocked merely by installing the Android app. Sign in to the FLT VIX Control Tower using an authorized admin account. Harborview's VIX Ticketing Admin has a separate authorization surface.

Admin pagePurpose
OverviewNetwork summary, proof-queue counts, economic and operational indicators.
WalletsWallet identities/status, balances, held units, risk state, device tokens. Ledger remains authoritative.
LedgerAccount movements, accounting evidence and reconciliation history; do not edit balances directly.
PaymentsCaptured amounts, wallet payment intents, chargebacks and provider references. Cash load currently gated.
TicketsTicket lifecycle proofs, Legend 150 tracking and ticket-related VIX records.
NFT RequestsPaid-unit issuance requests, test/live classifications, approval states and missing mint evidence.
ProofsPending, confirmed and failed VIX proof outbox records; chain block/hash correlation.
Karl NFT TestAll five simulated ownership events, hashes, blockchain proof status and audit receipts.
CommandsGoverned requests for wallet locks, device revocation and proof retries. High-risk actions need separate approval and an authorized executor.
AuditAdministrative change and request history.
NFT ReadinessProduction release acceptance checks; hard blocks for payment-to-native-mint and verified ownership.

Admin's daily operations procedure

  1. Open NFT Readiness to check system health and hard release blockers.
  2. Check NFT Requests for incoming purchases, provider environment and duplicates.
  3. Verify the original FLT ticket/shop order and external processor receipt independently before authorizing any irreversible issuance.
  4. Confirm the receiving FLT identity and VIX wallet are the intended holder's canonical account.
  5. Review Proofs and Audit; a confirmed hash is not a token-owner receipt.
  6. Use governed Commands for supported administrative actions. Never alter balances, chain records or ownership by directly changing a display field.
  7. Escalate refunded purchases with a completed token issuance for a separately audited revocation or reversal decision.

10. Controlled Karl purchase/transfer testing

  1. Open Karl NFT Test; confirm five events with VIX block references 191–195 and immutable source hashes.
  2. Open Proofs; verify each relevant proof reports confirmed rather than queued/retry.
  3. Verify all demonstrated USD amounts are labeled simulated and do not appear as real settled charges.
  4. Verify the purported final recipient is explicitly simulated Fred until a real owner-wallet binding is proved.
  5. Before any genuine NFT issue test, confirm a valid mint operation exists on VIX, receipt includes a native token ID and chain transaction, and each seller has actual transferable ownership.
  6. Do a controlled buy → transfer A → transfer B → final Fred ownership → reverse/refund scenario with real chain receipts and one single owner at a time.
  7. Run a separate live-payment test only with authorized processor test credentials, an explicitly approved amount and refund instructions.

Repeatability matters: re-running an identical issuance request must return the existing record, not charge twice or mint a second token.

11. Security, privacy and custody

  • Use unique passwords and FLT World passkeys where supported; lock your Android phone with fingerprint/PIN.
  • Do not share OTPs, the ten-minute Wallet ID code, QR screenshots, card details, API keys or device login tokens.
  • Sign out of a shared phone and request device/token revocation through authorized administrators if you lose a device.
  • Use the correct domain: freestylelegendstour.com for FLT Wallet and harborviewopps.com for VIX Ticketing.
  • Never send money to a purported NFT deposit address supplied in a direct message. The currently deployed FLT Wallet has no general-purpose cryptocurrency send/deposit functionality.
  • Ahead of any native NFT transfer, check chain, token identifier, holder, recipient, transferability and transaction fees; never rely on marketing artwork or a printed QR code.
  • Privacy choices for attendance and cross-event insights appear in Wallet ID enrollment; review them before submission.

12. Common problems

I cannot sign into the wallet

Use FLT World sign-in in Chrome, verify you are using the correct FLT email, and retry. The native FLT Wallet handoff code expires after about two minutes; a stale sign-in link requires a new attempt. The VIX × FLT Android beta is a portal launcher and may require separate sign-in to its linked sites.

I cannot select a headshot or take a selfie

Use Chrome directly and try the dedicated Choose Headshot or Take Selfie buttons. If live camera preview is unavailable, take a selfie with the phone Camera app first and select it with Choose Headshot. The current wallet accepts source photos from 1 KB to 32 MB, then resizes/encodes a JPEG for submission. Check Chrome camera access and wait for the Headshot ready preview before pressing Enroll. If a beta in-app WebView blocks the camera, use the browser wallet.

My fingerprint option does not appear

Passkeys are managed through FLT World and Android's platform authenticator, not a fingerprint button inside the wallet. Your phone needs a configured screen lock and registered compatible passkey. Try current Chrome and the standard FLT identity login.

My tickets or collectibles are missing

Verify the purchase's payment status and reference, use the matching FLT identity, refresh your wallet, and check Manage Tickets. A record may be awaiting allocation, VIX linking or ownership verification. Do not repeat a paid purchase merely to force wallet display.

Transfer says unavailable

Check that Transfer is displayed for that particular active ticket, that no transfer is already pending, and that the recipient email belongs to the intended FLT member. Check whether attendee identity must be assigned. If a transfer fails, retain the original ticket and contact support rather than sharing its QR code.

VIX proof confirmed but the NFT is missing

A VIX signed proof authenticates an event payload. Native NFT ownership requires additional token-mint, owner and chain-receipt evidence not yet released. An administrator should check NFT Requests, Proofs and Wallets separately.

Wallet balance stays at zero or Pay is disabled

Cash Load, general wallet payments, P2P transfers and cash-out are intentionally disabled. Purchasing an FLT ticket does not automatically load stored-value credits into the wallet.

Android app won't install or opens the wrong account

Confirm the APK came from the official FLT domain, uninstall a conflicting test version if necessary, and use Chrome to check sign-in first. Be careful if you have separate FLT World and VIX Admin accounts: each service enforces its own privileges.
