COOKIE & TRACKING POLICY

CHOICE
BY DEFAULT.

Freestyle Legends separates technologies required for security and requested services from optional analytics, preferences and marketing technologies.

Effective: September 24, 2026Optional analytics defaults off until allowed

Necessary technologies

Necessary cookies or browser storage support authentication, sessions, fraud prevention, form security, ticketing workflow state, privacy choices and other functions requested by the user. They are not used for optional advertising.

First-party analytics

FLT may use first-party analytics to understand traffic, page usage, visitor journeys and campaign attribution. On pages using the FLT consent framework, the analytics script does not load until the user allows analytics. The analytics implementation is designed not to collect passwords, full payment-card data or form-field contents.

Marketing and advertising

Optional marketing or cross-context advertising technologies, if introduced, must remain disabled until the applicable consent or opt-out requirements are satisfied. FLT does not use the consent banner to imply that a technology is active when it is not.

Global Privacy Control

If the browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, FLT keeps the marketing/cross-context advertising category disabled. Analytics remains off unless the user separately enables analytics.
