Submit a request
We may need to verify identity before releasing or changing personal information. Verification will be proportionate to the request and the information involved.
How requests are handled
- We log the request and preserve the reference.
- We determine the applicable law and our controller/processor role.
- We verify identity when necessary.
- We search relevant FLT systems and processors.
- We document the action taken, any lawful exception, and completion evidence.
