Updated signed Android beta v0.2.0 for Android 8.0 and newer, with a dedicated Watch / Learn / Report / Science / Admin navigation bar, an offline turtle field guide, and protected scientific CSV downloads on supported Android versions. Not yet distributed on Google Play.

What you can do
- Take or select a photo when reporting a turtle sighting.
- Choose whether to share precise location; it is never published.
- Use Turtle Watch and the moderated community board.
- Access scientist and owner-only portals after individual sign-in.
- Review VIX evidence receipts and transparent network readiness.
An internet connection is required to send reports and access protected workspaces. Offline learning is available through a bundled field guide in the native Android beta and cached public Ocean Academy resources in the installable web app. Private reports, sign-in pages and sensitive data are never intentionally cached offline.
